Born in Tondano, North Sulawesi, Artha pursued her studies in Architecture at Gadjah Mada University. She is widely recognized as one of Indonesia’s leading real estate professionals, beginning her career in 1993 as an architect at one of the country’s prominent conglomerate architecture firms.
In 2004, Artha joined Century 21 – Pondok Indah, a pioneer in the property agency market within one of Jakarta’s most prestigious residential areas. As an Associate Partner, she successfully built strong networks with Indonesian conglomerates, members of parliament, senior government officials, and even the presidential family. Throughout 2004 to 2011, she received multiple recognitions as a National Top Agent and Platinum Producer from Century 21 and Thomas Mitra Property.
Specializing in high-end real estate, Artha has handled transactions worth hundreds of billions of Rupiah in both primary and secondary residential markets, including premium properties in Bukit Golf Pondok Indah, Senayan, Kemang, Kebayoran Baru, and Bali. In 2012, Artha expanded her career into property development with the launch of Naya Townhouse in South Kemang—an exclusive cluster of 13 townhouse units built with the SOHO (Small Office Home Office) concept. A decade later, in 2022, she initiated her second development project, Theta Townhouse in Pondok Indah, comprising 23 townhouse units with an American Classic architectural design created by senior architect Han Darmawan.
In addition to managing her work as a property developer and real estate consultant, Artha is currently active as a Board Member of the Integrated Property Development Division (BPKPT) at KADIN Indonesia.
